Senior Vice President, Clinical Development – Cell Therapies

• Own overall clinical development strategy across our pipeline (cell therapies).
• Lead Phase 2 and clinical programs, including Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy-associated Cardiomyopathy.
• Oversee protocol design, IND strategy, clinical operations oversight, and CRO management.
• Serve as a key external face to FDA, investigators, and future partners.
• Build and lead the clinical development function as the company scales toward later-stage trials and IPO readiness.

• MD (or MD/PhD strongly preferred).
• Prior experience leading clinical programs in biotech (cell therapy / regenerative medicine preferred).
• Experience interacting directly with FDA.
