Life Sciences Management Consultant

Analyze clients’ current R&D strategies, processes and technology landscape
Advise clients on how they can shape the next generation of capabilities and operating models to become data-driven, AI enabled organizations
Design and deploy change management projects that set up clients for long-term success
Build relationships with client stakeholders that help us become a trusted partner
Mentor/Coach junior team members
Find and pursue business development opportunities
Develop Consulting thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience

Requirement

Minimum of five years of experience in management consulting within the life sciences R&D industry in
Minimum 3 years of experience leading, consulting for or supporting R&D management consulting programs for biopharma/ biotech.
A Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree has a major in science or health engineering
Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical R&D and product lifecycle processes
Experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills
Experience working with Life Sciences R&D professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work disciplined, fast-paced and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and apply structure to your problem solving
