In this critical role, you will partner with Executive Members and senior leaders across these BUs to provide comprehensive HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment with the company’s ‘Pivot to Growth’ strategy. Leading the development and implementation of the HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and mission.
You will be a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce within these Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated global HR strategy for the business units including organizational design, leadership and talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, development and retention. Anticipate the future needs of the organization and areas of potential disruption.
- Partner closely with the business leadership team to define and develop the next generation of technical and leadership capabilities while ensuring the availability of a robust talent pipeline
- Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing executive coaching, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the Business Units. Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement and reward performance
- Support and implement organizational transformation in the relevant Functions (e.g., Finance and IT) to drive change by:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- Assess current capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and drive cultural change to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable the business strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior HR business partner roles within a progressive HR environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a HR business partner with a global mindset across multiple cultures
- Ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and solutions that drive performance and foster employee engagement.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that support business objectives.
