This is a rare internal role at one of the world’s premier investment banks — combining the intellectual rigor of top-tier strategy consulting with direct access to senior leadership, proprietary deal flow, and the full resources of a global financial institution.
As a Vice President within the Strategy & Transformation group, you will partner directly with C-suite executives across the Corporate and Investment Bank and Investment Solutions to design, develop, and execute the organization’s highest-priority strategic and transformation initiatives. Projects are high-stakes, cross-functional, and frequently span multiple business lines and geographies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Vice Presidents are expected to lead — not just contribute. You will take ownership of critical project workstreams, shape the thinking of senior stakeholders, and develop the next generation of talent on your team.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead one or more project modules or end-to-end workstreams with accountability for quality, timeline, and outcomes
• Partner with C-suite and senior management to frame strategic problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver board-ready presentations, including slides, data visualizations, and executive narratives
• Define research and analytical frameworks that drive insight and drive decisions
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships across business lines and regions
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members — setting direction, structuring problems, and elevating the quality of their work
• Identify and resolve team and client challenges proactively, creating a culture of excellence and accountability

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education:
• MBA from a top-ranked business school required
Experience (one of the following):
• 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent)
• 6+ years in management or operational consulting
• 8+ years in investment banking or financial services strategy

• Synthesizes findings into clear, defensible recommendations
