Head of Strategy & Operations

The Head of Strategy, Ops, and Innovation will shape and drive our data and AI strategic initiatives. You will lead a team of strategy and data analysts and work closely with our Chief Data Officer and other senior leaders across the organization to drive execution and tangible market impact.

  • Lead the development and articulation of a cohesive strategy for data and AI across the company
  • Drive execution and realization of measurable customer value of targeted data and AI initiatives
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of strategy and data analysts to execute on your group’s mission
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Business Units, Product Development, Sales, Data Science, and beyond to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Innovate and manage a robust portfolio of data-driven initiatives that contribute to business growth and solution enhancement
  • Spearhead market analysis activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in Financial Services, Data, and HR Tech
  • Champion the ideation, development, and introduction of groundbreaking products and services
  • Socialize and evangelize new ideas with senior leaders across the organization to drive awareness and buy-in
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends to effectively adapt and refine the innovation roadmap

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of 10 years of strategic leadership experience, particularly in data-driven roles within the tech sector
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and communicating and driving the implementation of elaborate strategies, preferably with a strong focus on Data and AI
  • Experience developing and launching successful data-driven products and services
  • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills, capable of inspiring senior executive teams and stakeholders
  • Know how to make new ideas come to life via iterative prototyping (UI and data) and customer co-creation
  • Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract insights that drive business value
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Operations, to drive innovation and growth
  • Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
  • MBA or equivalent experience in a top tier strategy role
  • Deep industry knowledge in the data, analytics, and AI space
  • Strong Product Management / Entrepreneurial experience in creating new products
  • Experience creating data or analytics products
  • Expertise in using or driving growth of AdTech platforms / products
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and other analytics capabilities to get hands-on with data
