As the Director of Field Force Effectiveness, you’ll be a key strategic partner in our mission to empower our field teams and drive their success. In this influential role, you’ll not only lead impactful initiatives but also provide expert advisement to senior leadership on strategies that will optimize our business. You will be working in a nimble biotech environment collaborating with dynamic leaders across sales, marketing, operations, and other critical commercial roles ensuring our teams are strategically aligned and positioned for our company’s success.

 

Your strategic insights and recommendations will be crucial in crafting effective call plans that target the right customers, while designing incentive compensation programs that truly recognize and reward outstanding performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to commercial leadership to drive field force effectiveness and  achieve our corporate goals
  • Contribute to commercialization strategies for new and existing products.
  • Manage and analyze field deployment and territory alignment to meet commercial goals.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to improve field effectiveness and customer experiences.
  • Design and administer incentive compensation programs that motivate field teams.
  • Ensure accurate performance tracking and timely communication of IC plans.
  • Partner with sales training teams to enhance field management skills.Key Qualifications
  • 12+ years in pharma/biotech, with demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice for commercial activity and technical expertise in field deployment and analytics.
  • 2+ years in people management with proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in biopharmaceutical commercialization and incentive compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in VeevaCRM and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
