Chief Executive Officer

The Role

The Chief Executive Officer will be charged with developing a strategic plan for the organization with clearly defined priorities, goals, funding expectations, and measures of success. Especially important will be to determine how best to identify opportunities for growth and scale, and to emphasize areas that have the greatest mission aligned impact for saving lives through cellular therapies.

The CEO will serve as an inspiring, accessible, and supportive staff leader, promoting an organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates a diverse, highly talented team. He/she will reinforce precision, quality, clarity, and transparency of communication and decision-making throughout the organization.


Building out and managing the leadership team.
Lead business development, operations and marketing functions.
Providing vision and plan strategies consistent with the company’s mission, and in-line with the financial goals set forth in the initial board approved financial forecast and fundraising which occurred Q2/Q3 2021.
Develop and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders including the board of directors and investors, customers and staff members.

Bachelor’s Degree in business or science; MBA.
Experience in the biotech space with emphasis on biologics.
Proven track record of starting and accelerating companies.
At least 10 years post-educational management experience in business or related field.
Demonstrated commitment to cultural inclusion and community collaboration.
Proven leadership skills including the ability to drive change, inspire high performance.
Experience in marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
Ability to gain the trust and respect of highly talented leadership staff to form a unified team.
