Experience in Healthcare or NFP
The Role:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruiting processes, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our culture and mission. Streamline hiring workflows and support hiring managers in building high-performing teams.
- Onboarding & Development: Design and execute an effective onboarding program to set employees up for success. Lead initiatives for professional development and training to help employees thrive in their roles.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and 1:1 frameworks that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Culture & Engagement: Actively champion our values and mission by fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment. Partner with leadership to address employee feedback and enhance team cohesion.
